Summer 2012 - Teen Digital Program Applications

This summer, The Field Museum is offering three FREE digital programs for high school teens.

Interested? Follow all of the steps below to apply for one, two or all three of these digital programs.

1. Download and complete the Common Application. This form must be completed to apply to any of the 3 programs.

2. Download and complete the Program Application. You must complete one for each of the programs you are applying to.

* Please note that current school transcripts are required with the Youth Design Team Application.

3. Obtain a letter of recommendation from a non-family member such as a teacher, pastor, coach, employer or another adult in your life who can speak to your abilities, work ethic and/or creativity.

4. Submit the Common Application, Program Application(s), and Letter of Recommendation by email, fax or mail.

All applications are due on May 11, 2012. Space is limited so early application is strongly encouraged! The application process may close early if we recieve a large pool of qualified applicants before the May deadline.

You will receive a confirmation email after your application(s) have been received. Applicants will be notified of decisions by May 18th.
