As Systems Development Specialist, it is my responsibility to take existing ERP systems and find new things to do with them, to identify and correct any existing issues with them, and to examine existing processes that use them and maximize their efficiency, saving time and money. Typically, this is done through formal projects, in which I assemble a project team of users and then oversee that project through its completion as project manager. I have participated in a number of formal selection projects, and managed the implementation of our largest ERP system, Blackbaud's Patron Edge, in 2008. Since then, I have also managed the implementation of the Patron Edge online and the all-access pass.
My educational background is in the liberal arts, with a focus on painting, which I like to think lays the basis for creative problem-solving in my current role. My professional career spans from customer service to web design to report generation.
