Ordering Advance Tickets:
Advance tickets may be purchased online, or in person at The Field Museum before 4 p.m. at the will-call booth.

Discounts for Illinois teachers (preK - 12), Chicago residents* and active military personnel are available only at the Museum's admissions desk. Identification required.

*The Museum extends an admission discount to residents of the City of Chicago, in recognition of the generous support from the city. Please ask any Guest Relations Representative for details. Proof of residency required.

Hours:

The Field Museum is open from 9am to 5pm every day of the year, except Christmas Day.
Last Admission: 4pm daily*

Early Closing

The Museum will close at 3pm, with last admission at 2pm on the following days:

*At times, the Museum may adjust last admission entry times to accommodate special programs or events. 

Crown Family PlayLab:
The Crown Family PlayLab is free with Basic admission and is open Thursdays through Mondays from 10am to 4pm, last admission is at 3pm.
