Group Wine Tastings

The new Abbott Hall of Conservation Restoring Earth is opening November 4, 2011. This new hall will showcase Field Museum scientists and curators as they turn conservation science into action. Learn about landscapes, biology, ecosystems and biodiversity and why the power of the Museum’s collections make an impact on conservation work.  In celebration of this new, permanent hall opening, we are launching a conservation oriented, sustainable winetasting package at the Museum. Guests will sip, swirl and learn about sustainability!

Your group will enjoy red, white or a combination wine flight that features Terroir, Sustainable or Certified Organically Farmed Wines. The wine tasting is led by The Field Museum’s wine buyer, Jessica Trent, CSW. Wine flights start at $10 per person and include 3-5 wines.
