Youth Design Team Academic Course

YOUTH DESIGN TEAM ACADEMIC COURSE

Part design studio, part museum studies and part science class, this for-credit course gives YOU the tools and the space to explore, plan, play, and create!

  • Earn academic credit

Where: The Field Museum

When: Thursdays, 1:30pm – 4:30pm
October 10, 2013 – April 24, 2014

Who: 10th-12th grade applicants from participating educational institutions with grade point average at or above 3.2 or the equivalent are eligible. Course capacity is limited to 15.

Letter grades and credit hours, as determined by participating area schools, will be awarded to youth who successfully complete the course. Administrative staff at participating schools receive grades/credit submitted by Museum program facilitator. Participants will be expected to leave their regular school day and travel to The Field Museum for this program.
