Ordering Advance Tickets:
Advance tickets may be purchased online, or in person at The Field Museum before 4 p.m. at the will-call booth.

Illinois teachers (pre-K through 12) and active military personnel receive free Basic Admission which can be applied to any admission package.  Please show proper identification to any Guest Relations Representative to take advantage of this benefit.

Additionally, City of Chicago residents receive discounts (ranging from $2 - $4.50) on all admission packages in recognition of the generous support from the city.  Please show proof of residency to any Guest Relations Representative on site for details and to take advantage of this benefit.

Membership Pricing:

Hours:
The Field Museum is open from 9am to 5pm every day of the year, except Christmas Day. Last admission is at 4pm daily.

Special July Extended Hours
On the following days during the month of July, last admission will be at 5pm and The Museum will close at 6pm: Tuesday, July 2; Wednesday, July 3; Friday, July 5; Sunday, July 7; Sunday, July 14; Tuesday, July 16; Wednesday, July 17; Friday, July 19; Saturday, July 20; Sunday, July 21; Tuesday, July 23; Friday, July 26; Saturday, July 27; Monday, July 29; and Tuesday, July 30.

Crown Family PlayLab:
The Crown Family PlayLab is free with Basic admission and is open Thursdays through Mondays from 10am to 4pm.
