Drop in to the Crown Family PlayLab for free weekly activites for 2-6 year olds!

For this week's PlayLab PlayDate, families with 2-6 year olds are invited to a free, drop-in storytime session hosted by Chicago authors, Jay Simon and Corey Dooley from Chi LIT Collective. The Chi LIT Collective is a collective of authors and artists educating and instructing on the seven elements of literacy; listening, speaking, technology, reading, writing, creativity, viewing. Jay Simon will be featuring his children's coloring book, Elvin Explores North Lawndale. Corey Dooley will be featuring his book, Lil Shorty Love. Join us for an interactive readaloud with literacy activities integrating music and art!

PlayLab PlayDates are free to museum guests, don’t require pre-registration, and take place on IL Resident Free Days! Sessions take place in the Crown Family PlayLab.
