    Special Performances

    Join us for Indigenous Peoples' Day as our guest performers share their indigenous pride through stories, song, and dance.

    •  10:00 am–10:30 pm Families with 2-6 year olds are invited to join us in the Crown Family PlayLab for a music and movement demonstration in honor of Indigenous Peoples' Day. To celebrate, Huehuecoyotl performers will visit the PlayLab before their museumwide presentation to meet with guests, discuss their regalia, chat about celebration days, and even teach 
    •  11:00am–12:00pm Danza Azteca - Nahui Ollin Huehuecoyotl is an ancient tradition, a prayer in motion, which helps people live a more balanced life - physically, mentally and emotionally. Danza Azteca is the cultural inheritance of the descendants of Mesoamerica’s first peoples, which they continue to teach today.

    Events are free and open to all with paid admission.
